恒温酒窖恒温酒窖采用金属框架玻璃酒柜，内置灯带陈列藏品；水波纹玻璃移门划分空间，侧边搭配原木水吧，质朴墙面与洞石地砖呼应侘寂基调，兼具藏酒、备水与展示功能。 The wine cellar features metal-framed glass wine cabinets with built-in lighting. Textured glass sliding doors divide the space. A wooden wet bar is arranged on the side. Plain walls and travertine flooring echo the wabi-sabi style, integrating wine storage, preparation and display.

休闲会客厅会客大厅采光充沛，艺术肌理墙面搭配素雅布艺沙发。原石茶几、装饰挂画与壁炉构建松弛的社交场景，大面积地毯弱化硬质地面，营造适合闲谈小聚的舒适空间。 The lounge enjoys ample natural light. Textured walls match neutral fabric sofas. A stone coffee table, artwork and fireplace build a relaxing social zone. The large carpet softens flooring for casual gatherings and conversations.

楼梯隔断楼梯口以弧形镂空木格栅作为视觉屏障，虚实结合实现空间分隔。踏步暗藏灯带，天然石材踏步搭配微水泥墙面，光影游走其间，柔和衔接玄关与客厅区域。 An arched hollow wooden screen serves as a visual partition beside stairs. Recessed lighting lines stone steps. Micro-cement walls interact with flowing light, gently connecting the hallway and reception area.

项目背景

本项目为别墅负二层地下空间，采用现代侘寂风格。打破地下室仅用于停车储物的传统定位，打造集停车收纳、品酒、会客休闲为一体的复合型私属空间。借助采光井引入自然光，搭配微水泥、洞石、原木天然材质，营造安静松弛的沉浸式休闲场景。 This project is the second basement of a villa in modern Wabi-Sabi style. It abandons the traditional single function of parking and storage, and creates a multi-functional private space for storage, wine tasting and socializing. Light wells introduce natural daylight. Natural materials such as micro-cement, travertine and wood build a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

平面左侧布置双车位车库及储藏间；中部楼梯与采光井构成景观玄关，木质隔断优化通行动线；北侧设置恒温酒窖，南侧规划休闲会客厅。布局动静分区明确，动线简洁流畅，充分利用采光条件改善地下空间环境。 The left side contains a double-car garage and storage room. The central staircase and light well form a landscaped hallway with wooden partitions to streamline circulation. The north zone is a constant-temperature wine cellar, and the south is a leisure lounge. The layout features clear zoning and smooth circulation, making full use of natural light.
