The elevation difference on the north side of the land is relatively complex,while the south side is relatively flat. The natural ecological landscape inside the land is good. Construction land area: 186605.96㎡, Total building area:190000 ㎡ , Building density: 24.18%, volume ratio: 0.95.

项目背景

The site of the project is located in AH15-01/01 block of Shapingba West Logistics Park, Chongqing，covers an area of about 280mu, the proposed project total construction area of about 190000㎡,scale of middle school teaching 160 classes,8000students,including teaching building,teaching lab building,multi-functional artcenter,openlibrary ,gym, administrative office building,student canteen,dormitory,faculty lounge,sports ground, underground garage and environment landscape,and other functions.
