包括JLD设计团队成员在内，平台的每一位设计服务商都可以采用最合适的方式灵活联系客户，而不是仅仅通过一两行字或者发资料去沟通。线上联系方式虽然便捷，但往往存在疏漏。因表达不清楚导致的理解偏差，很可能极大影响团队的工作效率。与客户进行直接、清楚地进行交流，更符合设计师的专业习惯。

JLD设计事务所自2019年创立至今已三年有余，在设计品牌成长过程中，团队印象最深刻的设计作品是一个位于广州天河区的旧厂房改造项目。
Project "Mugu Studio", a renovation project in an old factory in Guangzhou Tianhe district, is probably one of JLD’s most impressive works.

“业主委托我们将这片场地打造成私人工作室兼居住空间，并统筹实施过程。得益于该项目的统筹工作，团队能对项目上每一处细节的制作、布置、修复等环节参与到位，给业主呈现空间改造后最完善的一面。”
“The project owner entrusted us with this place to help land the project. He wanted us to make this place a private studio with all the functionalities to live. Thanks to the fact that we were in charge of the whole project. JLD perfected every detail, and floor plan layout to present it to the project owner.
该项目从设计到软硬装落地，再到各环节与其他专业团队之间的配合管理，全部由JLD设计事务所一手包办。团队参与了整个项目的各个环节，真正做到像做产品一样做室内设计。木古書屋项目是对JLD设计团队的一次磨练，充分体现了团队的综合能力以及认真负责的理念。
JLD had done it all in project "Mugu Studio": from design, and interior furnishings, then to cooperation with the decoration team, and eventually to the successful landing of the project. JLD is involved in each process to do the interior design like crafting an art. Project "Mugu Studio" is a huge challenge for the team, and JLD did achieve success through teamwork and hard work.

“我们更希望能与客户做线下的首次沟通，充分了解项目场地和客户需求。例如当时这个项目的软装方面，设计团队认真了解了业主的习惯及要求，对书画室的家具进行定制设计，能够将茶具置物到家具里，与空间环境融为一体；书画桌将各种颜料、宣纸、画笔等分类收纳，同时兼顾美观，这些都是在屋主人使用体验上的细节。”
“To make the first contact, we’d like it to be an offline communication, to make sure that we understand the job site and our client’s requirements. Take the furnishing part of this project for example, we carefully studied the habits and requirements of the project owner to custom the furniture in the calligraphy room. When the tea sets are in the cabinet, the whole room would become “one piece”. The paints, Xuan paper, and drawing brushes can be well organized on the calligraphy table, which is aesthetic and functional. A great design can be well reflected in the improvement of the user experience.”
