1:Prepare the required materials:

Adhesive caulking patch, caulking sponge, paving serrated knife, bucket or basin, balance ruler, rag

2:Construction steps:

1. Grouting agent mixing: medium-in-one two-in-one adhesive caulking agent to water, the ratio of water to

powder is 1:4, stir until no powder, the slurry is guaranteed to be used within 2 hours (Note: Do not soak the

water before the mosaic is laid )

 2. Flatten the base surface: the paving base surface should be clean and flat, then use the paving serrated

knife to smooth the adhesive to the wall; the construction environment temperature is guaranteed between 5

and 39 degrees Celsius.

 3. Preparation for paving: use a serrated knife to scrape the wavy stripes on the patch plane.

4. Paving: When laying the mosaic, use the balanced balance ruler to put a mosaic on the reference surface

to ensure the balance between each mosaic.

 5. Plaster reinforcement: After the mosaic is laid, gently press the surface with a caulking sponge. Let the

surface level and mix evenly to ensure complete stability.

6. Preparation of caulk: stir the caulk.

7. Caulking: Fill the mosaic seam carefully with a sponge knife. The mosaic seam is not filled with dust and

it is inconvenient for future cleaning. (Note: a soft tool must be used. The final coagulation strength at the

seam is 28 days. During the period, try to avoid soiling).

 8. Cleaning: Prepare a clean rag. After the filling is completed, the surface can be cleaned after 1 hour.

Daily cleaning can be done directly with a wet towel.
