个人简介：
独立建筑设计师，中国建筑老八校及英国诺丁汉大学建筑双硕士，曾就职于北京市建筑设计研究院、土人设计、清华同衡等北京大型建筑设计甲级国企及国际一线设计公司，十余年来，深耕民用建筑设计领域，把规划、建筑、景观融合一体，统筹设计。擅长公共文化建筑、酒店、民宿、别墅、文旅商业等类型的建筑。擅长把握市场规律，从运营角度生成建筑设计逻辑，把地域文脉、环境、经济、技术高度融合，创造具有性价比的最优方案，帮助业主实现可持续运营发展。
可承接建筑、室内、景观庭院一体化设计，方案到施工图全过程。在首都北京有多个由本人担纲主创设计的落地项目，其中包括国家速滑馆、国家游泳中心改造项目、怀柔区民宿集群、延庆区民宿项目等。
设计的民宿项目受到业主和消费者的一致好评，入住率持续保持全区高位，为业主创造了丰厚效益。

Professional Profile
Independent Architectural Designer, holding dual Master's degrees in Architecture from one of China's prestigious "Eight Old Architectural Schools" and the University of Nottingham, UK. With over a decade of experience in the civil architectural design sector, I have held positions at leading Grade-A state-owned design institutes in Beijing, including Beijing Institute of Architectural Design (BIAD), Turenscape, and Tsinghua Tongheng Urban Planning & Design Institute, as well as internationally renowned design firms.

My practice is defined by an integrated, holistic approach that seamlessly combines urban planning, architecture, and landscape architecture into a unified design strategy. I specialize in public cultural buildings, hotels, boutique homestays, private villas, and cultural tourism commercial developments. My core competency lies in interpreting market dynamics and deriving design logic from operational perspectives, achieving a high-level synthesis of regional context, environmental sustainability, economic viability, and technical innovation. This enables me to deliver cost-optimized, value-driven solutions that support clients in achieving long-term sustainable operational success.

I offer comprehensive design services covering architecture, interior design, and landscape/garden design, with full-process capabilities from conceptual schematic design through to detailed construction documentation. I have served as the Lead Principal Designer for numerous built projects in Beijing, including the National Speed Skating Oval, the renovation of the National Aquatics Center (Water Cube), the Huairou District Boutique Homestay Cluster, and the Yanqing District Homestay Project.

The homestay projects I have designed have received unanimous acclaim from both property owners and end-users, consistently maintaining among the highest occupancy rates in their respective districts, and delivering substantial profitable returns for my clients.
