Enthusiastic Architect with proficiency in design, planning and Function lay outing (these being my best attributes), a team player bringing to the table a number of ideas on how to tackle different design problem, so as to achieve the best design outcome that will benefit both the client and the surrounding environment. Always find it more important to innovate and design buildings that will be sustainable to the building users, which will help reduce dependence on mechanical systems in a building and eliminate Sick building Syndrome, furthermore I find choosing of building materials that help reduce carbon foot print and protect the environment more promising for the future of architecture. A cost consciousness stewardshipness not only during designing but also during execution of the designed structure that include optimizing quality of work at reasonable costs and sequentially evaluating value for money at every step of erecting structure and its finishing attributes. Moreover, am a quick learner, good time manager and I always welcome constructive criticism from colleagues so as to achieve the best results.
