1、立项阶段：前期沟通与了解，前期考察与建议，确定项目商业定位，签订设计协议书；
2、深化阶段：细化总规划平面图、细化各功能设备、细化各配饰设计、细化灯光设计；
3、方案阶段：概念草图、材料灯光建议、效果图/理念分析、方案设计汇报会议；
4、设计参与：项目启定会议、市场调研分析/设计参考、概念设计方面确定、总规划平面布置图；
5、施工图阶段：准备的各个空间设计方案、完整施工图/施工要点、准确的材料文件、准备的配饰文件、设计主材样板；
6、施工现场服务：施工图较低、施工工程图审核、施工主材样板确认、设计完成度复合、工程例会、现场工程协调配合；
7、竣工阶段：软装配套落地、设计工程档案、工程总结文件、回访
