The production base is located in Industrial Park, Longchuan Town, Heyuan city, Guangdong Province , about 300 Km (about 3 hours driving) from Guangzhou.
Production base covers an area of more than 60000 square meters, including a five-story office building with 3000 square meters, four production workshops covers an area of 12500 square meters, and a five-story building of laboratories with an area of 5000 square meters, as well as the left area are under construction.
In 2004, production workshops construction have been completed and put into operation in the next few years, including "Solid Wood Workshop", "Plate Workshop", "Paint Shop", " Finished Goods Warehouse", can produce all PANEL and WOODEN FURNITURE.

Packing & Delivery
1. After production and inspection of kitchen cabinets, they will be packed in cartons next. First of all, foamed plastics are placed at the bottom of the carton ready for panels packing.
2. And then, every panel in cartons is separately lined with EPE foam sheets and air bubble films.
3. After finishing that, foamed plastics are placed at the top of carton to ensure that panels are wrapped very well.
4. Concerning the packing of the glass and countertops, Trlife packs them to a carton that is covered with wooden frames. This is particularly important for preventing countertop and glass from breakage during shipment.
5. Without wooden frames, Trlife panels in cartons will be bound with rope externally.
6. Every client who bought Trlife cabinetry products has a contract number for his order. This contract number and product name will be marked on the outside of each carton before shipment.
7. The regular strong seaworthy Packing is done.
8. Finally, pre-packaged cartons will be unloaded onto the warehouse waiting for shipment.

A:10 sets. Because we are a OEM&ODM wood furniture manufacturer, and products below 10 sets will cost more freight and duty so we recommend you to order products above 10 sets.
Q2. What kinds of products can you supply?

A: 1. Send me your drawings with specifications and quantity.

4. If price is ok ,then we will confirm again your drawings with details
5. Place order for sample with charge.
6. Come to China to see how's quality or we send the sample to you with freight collected.
7. Confirm sample is good enough.
8. Production after 30% deposit is received.
Q4. When can the goods be delivered after the order is placed?
A:Depends on various products, it can be from 40 days to 60 days, exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.
Q5. How about your Quality Control?
A: -Before the order is confirmed, we would check the material which should be strictly the same as mass production.
-We will be tracing production in different steps from the beginning.
-Product quality check before packing.
-Before delivery clients could send one QC representative or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients to avoid the problem occur.
